CAP provides inclusive, participatory career guidance & assistance for young people in Uganda, both in schools & in the communities. It was started in 2014 at Lira Town College. We believe that our work will open pathways to success in school & a better life after school. We advise and support students & parents, and help them navigate from high school to the universities.
Assist high school leavers, especially those in rural areas with the university application process & other opportunities.
We educate and empower students to lead good lives and strive to realize their dreams.

As a teacher, it is important to prepare students to pass their A-level exams. However, I also realised that it is equally important to prepare them for higher education and world of work. All students deserve to be guided to join top universities, to pursue careers that enable them realise their full potential and dreams.
